I'm adding text
Text is easy to add.
Remember the 2 rules about a wiki. Edit and save. Edit and save.
While you are adding text, use the Preview button to view your pages without actually leaving edit mode
To add a photo to your page:
You need to make sure that your photo is small, named correctly eg Jocelyn, or Ed Hillary and you know where it is kept
Click on edit. When that window opens up click on the File icon at the top of this window. the one that looks like a picture
Name your photo in the small window that starts with Begin typing a file name.
Click on the Upload file button. The computer will then ask you where you photo is.
A web link to a information about your explorer
1. Find a website that you want to use that has information about your explorere
5. Highlight those words and click on the word Link at the top of this page.
6. On the window that comes up click on web address
7. Paste in the url. in the address line
8. Click Add link.
9. Now click save for this window and admire your work from the web page view.
Adding Video to your wiki page
Here's how to do it.
1.Find your video clip that you would like to use, possibly from YouTube
2. Underneath the video clip you will see the word Share. Click on share
3. Now you will see the word Embed. When you click on Embed a sting of code appears. Copy the code. remember also to untick the small box under Show suggested videos when this video finishes.
4.Open up your page and click Edit, then click on Widget on the top tool bar.
5 Scroll down to the bottom of the list of resources to Other HTML.Paste your code into the window, and click Save
6. Go back to your page, rearrange your video so its in the correct place and remember to click Save.
7. Remember to acknowledge your source. Write clip taken from YouTube and the date.

3. Open up your wiki page
4. Write, give a pointer. eg Sir Edmund Hillary
5. Highlight those words and click on the word Link at the top of this page.
6. On the window that comes up click on web address
7. Paste in the url. in the address line
8. Click Add link.
9. Now click save for this window and admire your work from the web page view.
Adding Video to your wiki page
Here's how to do it.
1.Find your video clip that you would like to use, possibly from YouTube
